Payment

Payment must be received in full before item is shipped.

Prices are in Canadian dollars
TLC accept payments through Paypal - you do not need an account with Paypal to use Paypal
PST of 8% and GST of 5% added to all orders.

Shipping

Orders are shipped using Canada Post
All orders shipped in the next 3 business days

When your order is shipped we will notify you by e-mail.
International orders please call for shipping quote.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
CANADA - Local: 3 days, Regional: 4 to 6 days, National: 1-2 weeks

USA - 6 to 15 business days

INTERNATIONAL - about 2-4 weeks to most destinations.

We are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.

CUSTOMS

Customs, duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Refunds and Exchanges

If the product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, simply email us for a return authorization number and return the product.

All returns must be received by us within 7 days of delivery. We do not provide refunds, but will happily EXCHANGE your item or provide you with a store credit. We'll inform you where to return the merchandise at the same time you receive the return authorization number. No returns on sale items.

Exchanges may be returned in its original condition in its original package. TLCbags is not responsible for any shipping costs involved in an exchange. We suggest items be returned by a shipping method in which you can get a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit caused by the shippers. Insurance is strongly recommended for your return.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange for the following reasons: product appears used or no longer in its original condition or the exchange is beyond the allowed timeframe.
